ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Please ensure your order and payment have been completed ideally 24 hours before your chosen scheduled class, and that you have entered the correct contact details for your booking confirmation, as these will be used to reference your booking up on arrival to the studio..
Please state the class participants name within the ‘Order Notes’ section at the checkout stage.
Please note that full pre-payment will be required to complete your class booking. Full details of payment will be advised at the checkout page, following which a confirmation email will be issued enclosing and specific details relating to your class.
If you do not receive an email confirmation, please be sure to check that it has not been transferred to your junk email account. Failing this, please get in touch via the ‘Contact Us’ page for further assistance.
Please note that refunds and transfers are also not available for any lessons and / or classes purchased unless directly arranged with a member of the Cadmans Dance Centre Staff.
If you are under the age of 18 years, for safeguarding reasons please ensure a parent or guardian is present up on the placing of your order, and that consent has been given for payment. For specific details relating to safeguarding, please ask the Cadmans Dance Centre principle for a copy of the safeguarding policy.
As a customer who has purchased a ‘Class or Lesson’, you consent to agree to the acceptance of total responsibility of your own physical ability and personal health and safety, regardless of your location, for the time before, during and after the tuition.
Cadmans Dance Centre does not hold any liability of any kind, in regard to any personal physical or mental trauma to the purchaser and / or participants.
PRIVATE LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend a class or lesson at Cadmans Dance Centre, please advise a member of studio staff at your earliest convenience.
If a private lesson is cancelled on the day it is to be held, full payment will be requested.
If a private lesson is cancelled under 24 hours before it is to be held, 50% of the lesson cost will be requested.
If a private lesson is cancelled over 24 hour before it is to be held, no cost will be requested.
